Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know before exploring Singapore with us.

Is this tour suitable for solo travelers or just couples?

RoamingSimply is explicitly designed for solo travelers and couples. Unlike crowded group tours, our private Singapore walking tours are strictly capped at 1-2 people. This guarantees a personalized pace, deep conversations with your local guide, and a zero-pressure environment.

Where will we take photos? Can I choose the locations?

Absolutely! If there are specific iconic spots you want to capture, just let us know. Otherwise, simply tell us the “vibe” you are looking for—whether that’s the futuristic skyline, moody heritage streets, or lush urban nature. Jeremy can easily suggest a route that matches your style and has great lighting.

What happens if it rains during our Singapore tour?

Sudden tropical downpours are part of the Singapore experience! We are always prepared and stay completely fluid on the day.

For Walking Tours, we simply pivot to covered heritage arcades or find a local kopitiam (coffee shop) to sit down over a warm drink and dive deep into cultural storytelling. Experiencing Singapore through exclusive private tours gives you more flexibility and insight.

For Photoshoots, we don’t let the rain stop us—we seamlessly pivot to stunning covered architectural locations or embrace the dramatic weather for incredibly cinematic, moody portraits. Meanwhile, those interested in private Singapore tours will find bespoke photoshoots an ideal way to capture priceless moments.

How do booking and payment work?

A 50% deposit is required to secure your chosen date and block our calendar. The remaining balance is simply due on the day of your experience.

How quickly will I receive my edited photos?

You will receive your curated gallery of high-res edited images within 3 to 5 days. We know you want to share your premium Singapore travel memories while you are still enjoying your vacation, so we always prioritize getting them to you as quickly as possible!

What should I wear or bring?

Dress comfortably for tropical weather. We highly recommend comfortable walking shoes, a small umbrella, sunscreen, and a bottle of water. If you booked a photoshoot, feel free to wear an outfit that makes you feel confident and stylish! You can always reach out to us beforehand to discuss the specific look or vibe you’d like to achieve.
