These terms apply to all tours and photography sessions booked directly with RoamingSimply.
1. Who we are
RoamingSimply is a sole proprietorship (UEN 53491664C). Tours are led by Jeremy Jeevan, a Singapore Tourism Board licensed tourist guide (Licence No. 6074). We are a guiding and photography service, not a travel agency. We do not arrange transport, accommodation or third-party tickets.
2. What’s included
Your booking covers the guided walk or photography session described on the product page. Photo tours and photoshoots include a set of edited, high-resolution images delivered digitally within two weeks.
3. What’s not included
Food and drinks during the seated break are paid directly by guests. Attraction entry fees, where a route includes a ticketed venue, are paid by guests unless the product page states otherwise. Transport to and from the meeting point is not provided.
4. Group size
Every tour is private, so you will never be grouped with strangers. Pricing covers one or two guests, and it is the same whether you come alone or as a pair. Travelling as three? Email us before booking and we will see what works.
5. Suitability
Our routes cover a fair distance on foot in tropical heat, with storytelling pitched at adults. They suit travellers comfortable walking at a steady pace. They are not designed for young children, and we would rather say so before you book. If you are unsure whether a route works for your party, email us and we will advise honestly.
6. Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking. Your booking is confirmed once payment is received.
7. Cancellation and refunds
We run a small number of tours each month, and every booking holds a slot we cannot easily refill. Cancellations made 7 days or more before your booking receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days receive a 50% refund. No-shows are non-refundable. To cancel, email us at info@roamingsimply.com.
8. Rescheduling
You may reschedule once free of charge with at least 7 days’ notice, subject to availability. Within 7 days we will do our best, but we cannot promise an alternative date.
9. Weather
Singapore rains, and we plan for it. Tours go ahead in wet weather, and your guide will adapt the route on the day, favouring covered walkways, sheltered streets and indoor stops. Bring an umbrella and shoes you do not mind getting wet. In the event of lightning or an official weather warning, we will take shelter and continue once it is safe. If a tour is cut short for safety reasons after it has started, we will offer a partial refund or a shorter follow-up session, depending on how much of the route was covered. In the rare case a tour cannot start at all, you will receive a full refund.
10. Photography
Images from photo tours and photoshoots are yours for personal use. RoamingSimply may use selected images for its own marketing unless you ask us not to at the time of booking.
11. Your responsibilities
Guests are responsible for their own health, footwear and personal belongings. Please tell us in advance about any mobility or health considerations so we can adjust the route.
